Hey Jim, following your progress on Everest is resulting in a much welcome escape from my office in London! I climbed Mera Peak (21,825ft) in Nepal last October and also visited Everest Base Camp a couple of years ago, so I know how bad the headaches can be – just keep drinking lots.
